We will showcase a real-world workflow where EDA intelligently ingests a Dynatrace event, automatically triggers an Ansible Job Template  to remediate the issue and then creates a ServiceNow incident ticket to ensure full auditability and tracking. We'll also briefly discuss the powerful advantages of event-driven automation, such as drastically reducing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), eliminating manual toil, and ensuring consistent operational responses
