Choose Your Hands-On Labs
Select two labs to build your personalized agenda for the day. Each session is a hands-on, two-hour deep dive into a specific technology.
Workshop #1
Hardening Linux: A Triple-Threat Approach -Getting started with SELinux, Fapolicyd and Auditd
Learn the foundational principles of Linux security in this beginner-friendly workshop covering SELinux, Fapolicyd, and Auditd. Through accessible overviews and practical hands-on labs, you'll gain the essential skills needed to start hardening your environments immediately.
OR
Sovereign Cloud Architecture with OpenShift: Architecting for Sovereignty: Multi-Cluster OpenShift, GitOps, and Secure Supply Chains
Building a sovereign cloud isn't just about where data sits—it's about strict policy enforcement, immutable supply chains, and localized AI infrastructure. This hands-on technical workshop moves past compliance checklists to give you live access to multi-region OpenShift environments. You will actively configure data residency boundaries, automate security gates, and deploy compliant AI models.
Workshop #2
AgentOps in production: Agentic end-to-end observability with Red Hat AI
This hands-on lab shows how to make multi-agent AI systems observable end-to-end on Red Hat AI. By exploring a multi-agent app integrated with Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, we demonstrate an AgentOps discipline that delivers visibility from infrastructure to AI model backends. As organizations scale, teams face cascading errors, hidden latency, and complex integration bottlenecks. Attendees will leave with practical patterns for observing, troubleshooting, and evaluating agentic workflows.
OR
Intelligent Automation: Production Self-Healing: Building Event-Driven Automation to Prevent Outages
When a critical system fails at 3:00 AM, manual triage is a liability. This hands-on workshop skips the basic syntax and focuses entirely on building resilient, responsive infrastructure using Ansible Automation Platform. You will learn how to design end-to-end automation pipelines that listen for system alerts, instantly analyze root causes, and execute automated remediation workflows—stopping outages in their tracks before they affect production traffic.
This event focuses on the technical collaboration between Red Hat and Intel. It details how Intel's hardware (processors and AI accelerators) is being integrated with Red Hat's OpenShift and other open-source tools to simplify and optimize AI deployments and digital transformation in cloud environments.
We are pleased to offer 5.4 continuing professional education (CPE) credits to those that attend the event. CPE certification at Red Hat Tech Day is being administered by Carahsoft Technology Corp. Carahsoft is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
