Leadership Salon: The Human Side of AI: What Changes, What Endures

Event overview:

For ten years, Red Hat Canada’s leadership event has brought together an inclusive community of business and technology leaders to connect, challenge thinking and turn conversation into action.

For our 10th anniversary, we’re doing something intentionally different: handing you the microphone.

AI is particularly suited to this format because no one has all the answers. The technology, business implications and leadership challenges are changing almost weekly. Rather than having one person tell us what comes next, we’re inviting leaders navigating this change in real time to share what they are seeing and learning and explore what we can determine together. We will capture the group’s insights and share them with the community following the event.

Our conversation will explore:

• What is AI already changing about leadership in your organization?
• What uniquely human capabilities become more important as AI advances?
• What are leaders getting wrong about AI?

Join host Fred Patterson and co-hosts Lesley Wichstrom and Corey McGowan for an engaging evening including a thought-provoking fireside chat and moderator-led leadership salon to examine how AI is reshaping leadership, the human capabilities that will matter most, and how we can lead our people through the transformation ahead. Expect bold ideas, fresh perspectives, lively discussion and the meaningful connections that have always defined our community.
